This long-standing Dallas Chinese restaurant just debuted at The
Star, and it will be open on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day,
serving up a plethora of traditional Chinese dishes that can be ordered
vegetarian and gluten-free. Christmas Eve hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
and Christmas Day 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Mignon has two standout dining options to celebrate Christmas.
Enjoy a $70 three-course meal on Christmas Eve from 4:30 to 10
p.m. with dishes like bacon-wrapped quail and lobster bisque for
starters; filet mignon, chicken, lamb, or chilean sea bass for mains;
and decadent desserts like chocolate cake, creme brulee, and bread
pudding to finish everything off. Or opt for a Christmas Day buffet
of classic American holiday fare like sugar glazed ham and roasted
turkey with traditional sides for $60 per adult and $30 for kids eight
and under. Hours are 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. on December 25.

Swap the roasted turkey for spicy, buttery boiled shrimp, crab, and
more at Shell Shack. The restaurant will be open all day long on
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with plenty of TVs for watching
the games and beer to make dealing with family a little more bearable.
Added bonus: kids eat free from the kids menu on Christmas Eve.

Want to eat at home without cooking? Pick up everything at Eatzi’s.
Order ahead from an extensive menu of appetizers (bacon-mushroom
empanadas, mini crab cakes), entrees (roasted turkey, Chateaubriand
of beef with port wine demi glace), sides (gruyere and spinach gratin,
cornbread stuffing), and desserts (apple pie, buche de Noel) that can
be picked up on Christmas Eve. Orders must be placed by phone or
in person by December 23, and can be picked up on Christmas Eve.
Eatzi’s will be closed on December 25.
