Monday, January 13th. We carefully read over her "Get to Know
You" profile and lo and behold we found her FAVORITE things, CELEBRATION MAGAZINE DISCOUNT at Sweet Firefly!

This was going to be a breeze (or so I thought!). I knew of a great
Mexican restaurant called Frankies Mexican Cuisine right next door
to a gourmet ice cream store called Sweet Firefly in Richardson.
The idea was to have lunch at Frankie's and then have a GIANT Ice
Cream Sundae brought over to the restaurant as her birthday cake...
the only problem - Sweet Firefly is closed on Mondays! Oh NO!
Now, for those of you who know me - something like this isn't
going to deter my plans! So, I called Sweet Firefly to see what we
could do about this.
I spoke to Angie, one of the owners of this lovely little gourmet
ice cream shop, and told her about our plans and that we wanted
a huge custom ice cream Sundae so that we could CELEBRATE
Angelyn in style!
Without hesitation, Angie said that she would come in on her day
off to make our Sundae for us (this Sundae is not on their menu)
and have it ready when we needed it! WHEW!
