id you know we had a celebrity in our midst at Zoom
Games? I didn't either until one day during Zoom Happy
DHour. We were all chit-chatting and the subject in the
Zoom Room turned to Oprah. As I am listening the conversation,
I hear a voice pipe up, "I've been on Oprah!"
The room went silent and all eyes went to Paula Skelton's
screen. She told us the story of being on Oprah during the 2009
Texas State Fair where Paula won the Best in Show for Chicken
Spaghetti Casserole!
We were all thrilled for her and very impressed. Congratulations,

CHICKEN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE
Boil chicken in 2 qts. water for 30-40 min. until tender, reserve
2-3 lbs. Chicken broth for cooking spaghetti. Cool; bone, skin and cut into 1 in
cubes.
1 Rib Celery - Finely Chopped Saute pepper, onion and celery in 1T. butter or margarine until
12 oz. Spaghetti Noodles tender. Add soup, tomatoes and chicken to onion mixture.
Break spaghetti into thirds and cook in chicken broth until
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup tender, do not drain, leave in broth.
1 T. Butter or Margarine Grate cheese (I put mine in freezer for a few min. to make it
easier to grate). Mix chicken/soup mixture and cheese into pot
20 oz. Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilis with spaghetti and broth.
1 Bell Pepper - Chopped Stir until cheese is melted. Pour into 9x13 casserole dish and
bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.(when you pour
2 cup. Grated Velveeta cheese the casserole into the dish you will think it’s too soupy, but
don’t panic when it’s done it ‘s perfect and if you let it cool a

and her crew celebrated outside with masks and gloves and
made sure to social distance.
"Hardest part, social distancing," she wrote, adding, "Not easy.
Being outside helped."
The "Believe" songstress added that there were a total of 10
people and cake. "Hope we did it right. It's not easy, a million
things you're used to doing that you can't do."
Earlier in the day, Cher thanked her fans for being "the best." "The Academy Award," the singer said of her 1988 win for Best
